ALEXANDRIA, La. —
After 27 years of faithful service to the Louisiana Baptist Foundation, Administrative Coordinator Kim Deville officially retired in September 2026.
Throughout her nearly three decades with the Foundation, Deville played an important role in supporting the organization’s daily operations and serving Louisiana Baptists. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment have been a blessing to the Foundation staff and the ministries it serves.
Reflecting on her time with the Foundation, Deville shared, “After 27 years at the Foundation, it is hard to put into words what this place and the people here have meant to me. I have been blessed beyond measure to have been a part of this organization and to have worked alongside so many wonderful people over the years.”
The Foundation staff is deeply grateful for Deville’s years of faithful service, lasting contributions, and the relationships she has built throughout her tenure.
As she begins this new chapter of life, the Louisiana Baptist Foundation prays for God’s continued blessings on Deville and wishes her all the best in retirement.
Over the course of Deville’s 27 years with the Foundation, she witnessed significant growth and change within the organization. When she joined the Foundation in 1999, the organization managed approximately $91.7 million in assets. Today, the Foundation manages more than $347 million in assets on behalf of Louisiana Baptists. During that same period, the Foundation’s charitable impact expanded substantially, growing from $5.3 million distributed to Baptist causes to more than $46 million in charitable assets dedicated to supporting Kingdom work. She also saw the Foundation evolve from paper-based recordkeeping to modern digital systems, reflecting the many changes that took place during her years of service.
As the Foundation reflects on the many changes and milestones of the past 27 years, its mission remains unchanged: providing financial resources that strengthen churches and ministries as they advance God’s Kingdom. While honoring the faithful service of Deville and others who have shaped its story, the Foundation looks ahead with excitement and anticipation for all that God has in store in the years to come.
