ALEXANDRIA, La. —
The Louisiana Baptist Foundation hosted its second annual ChurchBiz Conference on Thursday, Sept. 3, 2026, welcoming nearly 40 attendees to the Louisiana Baptist Building. Pastors, treasurers, secretaries, finance team members, and others in administrative ministry roles gathered to explore practical solutions for the everyday challenges of church administration, finance, and operations.
This year’s conference expanded its breakout options and welcomed presenters from several partnering organizations, including CapinCrouse, GuideStone, Brotherhood Works, and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Sessions covered topics such as basic accounting, internal policies, and retirement.
Executive Director Jared G. Price, J. D., comments that the ChurchBiz Conference would not be possible without the presenters, sponsors, and attendees who show up ready to learn and serve their ministries.
The Foundation staff is grateful for the opportunity to connect with ministry leaders and church staff from across the state and looks forward to welcoming them back next year.
