Any thoughts on the maximum percentage of a budget that should be committed to loan payments?
That’s a good question. Though our fellowship doesn’t have any debt, and don’t foresee a need in the near future, I would like to know what the “experts” believe should be the maximum. It would also be of interest to know what the percentage of debt is in the average church today. A great project for Lifeway or Barna.
Thanks Dwayne. Typically, we see the maximum percentage of a budget that should be committed to loan payments being at the 25% level.
